PAYMENT: A full deposit of $400 per person is required with this enrollment form.
- Final payment for the trip is due 120 days before departure.
- Thereafter, a late payment fee of $100 will be assessed. Price reflects
- 4.0% CASH discount. *4.0% convenience charge on all credit card payments.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Price is based on double occupancy. When available, single rooms are often smaller than doubles. You may request a single room upgrade for $995, but these rooms are based on availability and are not guaranteed. Roommates may be requested and assigned as late as 35 days before departure.
ITINERARY CHANGES:
If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged $195 per night; single rooms are $375 per night. Meals for extra nights are not included.
CANCELLATION FEES:
- From the day of registration to 120 days before departure, you will be charged a $100 non-refundable administrative fee plus any airline fees. Additionally, thereafter you will be charged any airline penalties and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your room-mate into a single plus the following charges:
- 120-60 days = $800;
- 59-45 days = $1550;
- 44-31 days = 60% of the total cost;
- 30 days to day of departure = 100% total cost.
- Submit cancellation in writing. On or after a day of departure, no refund for any services not used.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: NO TRAVEL INSURANCE IS INCLUDED. We STRONGLY urge you to find and purchase travel and overseas health insurance that specifically covers Covid-19. No restrictions are in place at the time of this offering.
