Through his local church and international ministry, Bishop Ernest Carradine has set in motion a Kingdom Agenda philosophy of ministry that teaches God’s comprehensive rule over every area of life as demonstrated through the individual, family, church and community.
He is the founder and Senior Pastor of International Harvest Christian Fellowship Church located in the N.W. Fort Worth/Saginaw area; and serves as overseer of several churches across the nation. Bishop’s greatest attribute is his servant heart, which was developed and cultivated during his 26 years of service in the United States Air Force. With over 30 years of ministry experience, he has carried the Kingdom message throughout the world to include places such as Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Guam, Netherlands, Iceland, Austria and India.
He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s of Divinity degree from Brite Divinity at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX.
Married to his beautiful bride Brenda, of 33 years; their hearts desire is to see the Body of Christ walk in Godly maturity according to Ephesians 4:12-13; pushing God’s Kingdom agenda throughout the world.

I am happily married to my best friend Kristy, and together we are blessed with seven children. I serve as the Minister of Music at IHCF church in Fort Worth, Texas. In my spare time, I enjoy music, sports, and creating lasting memories on family vacations. I hold an MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management. I am always eager to embrace opportunities to serve and lead others to Christ.
Andre Prude

Pastor Andre Prude is a retired United States Air Force officer and Senior Pastor of Better Covenant Ministries Church (BCM) in Montgomery, Alabama. He is a well-respected leader who believes in empowering people through the Word of God. Pastor Prude has been extensively involved in various facets of ministry. He served as Youth Minister for several years and as the Director of Administration for two local ministries in Montgomery AL. Pastor Prude has a Bachelor and Associate degrees in Business Administration and Education and a Master’s in Public Administration.
Lady Valerie Prude, affectionately referred to as Lady V, is the Co-Founder of BCM with her husband, Senior Pastor, Andre Prude. She is a woman of purpose with a passion for the Word of God, and the people of God. She serves as the Director of Education within the ministry. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with Minors in Education and Management, a Master’s degree in Public Administration, and a Master’s degree in Adult Education.
Additionally, Pastor Prude and Lady V have been guest speakers for various functions. Both have had the opportunity to serve as keynote speakers in marriage enrichment workshops in Georgia and Alabama, and served as “Cell Group” Leaders for several years. Pastor Andre and Lady V celebrate 36 years of marriage and they have two lovely daughters, Meghan and Morghan.
DeVondre Adams

DeVondre Adams is a pastor and teacher who loves helping people grow deeper in God’s Word and live it out in real life. He’s served in pastoral ministry for over fifteen years, including as a church planter and campus pastor, and is passionate about building strong teams, raising leaders, and creating spaces where people encounter God’s presence.
With a professional background in nonprofit leadership, DeVondre brings both pastoral heart and organizational skill to ministry. Whether preaching, teaching, or mentoring, his heart is to see lives transformed, families strengthened, and people equipped to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
Shawn Smith

He is a graduate of Junction City High School. Bishop Smith has studied at Southern Arkansas University, University of Maryland and Mississippi Baptist Seminary where he initiated his Bible Training. He continued Bible Training at Slidell Baptist Seminary where he earned Associate and Bachelor Degrees in Theology. He also holds a Certification in Expository Preaching from the E.K. Bailey International Conference on Expository Preaching and a Bachelor Degree in Religion from Liberty University and pursing a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministries. Bishop Smith has recently completed Masters of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry from Liberty University for Bishop.
Bishop Smith is a “son” of First St. James Missionary Baptist Church, El Dorado, Arkansas, where he was licensed in the Gospel Ministry in 1997 under the leadership of the late Rev (Dr) Talmage Dunwood, Former Moderator, Southern Arkansas District of Baptist Churches. Bishop Smith was ordained on July 18, 1999 by the late Rev (Dr) William R. Charles, Bishop/Moderator, Southwest District of Baptist Churches, San Diego, California.
In October 1999, under divine direction from God, Bishop Smith organized the body of baptized believers known as the Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church. His spirit-filled, visionary leadership has resulted in the progressive growth and development of the congregation and phenomenal impact on the Misawa community.
In June 2009, Pastor Smith was consecrated at Bishop in the Lord’s Church, by Chief Prelate, Apostle Charles A. Daniels, New Beginnings International Ministries, Killeen Tx.
Bishop Smith served over 20 years in the United States Air Force, retiring 1 August 2006 in the grade of Master Sergeant. He will continue serving the people of God in this vineyard where he is committed to Exalting the Savior, Equipping the Saint, and Evangelizing the Sinner and Edifying Society.
Samford Jackson

Pastor Stamford B. Jackson Sr. was born and raised on the beautiful island of Bermuda, where the roots of his faith were established in the New Testament Church of God. Growing up in a strong church community, he developed a love for worship, service, and the Word of God from an early age. In 2007, he accepted the call to ministry under the guidance of Apostle D.C. Grant and Senior Pastor M.D. Grant at New Genesis Embassy, Bermuda.
In addition to ministry, Pastor Jackson also served his country honorably in the Bermuda Army, an experience that instilled in him discipline, resilience, and a deeper commitment to servant leadership.
Throughout his years in ministry, Pastor Jackson has served with excellence and humility in various leadership roles, including Chief Armor Bearer and Associate Pastor. Each assignment has deepened his passion for servant leadership and his belief that true greatness in the Kingdom is found in serving others. His ministry is rooted in the conviction that “to serve is to live,” and he has devoted his life to mentoring, discipling, and equipping believers to walk boldly in their God-given destiny.
Today, Pastor Jackson serves as the Pastor of Kingdom Vision Center International Ministries in Fort Worth, Texas. His vision is to see the body of Christ strengthened, minds reset from worldly systems, and lives restored to God’s original design. His leadership is marked by integrity, compassion, and a Kingdom-focused perspective that seeks to cultivate culture-shifting disciples and leaders for Christ.
Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Jackson treasures his role as a husband, father, and grandfather. He is the devoted husband of Dr. Annetta Jackson, the proud father of seven adult children, and a joyful grandfather of six grandchildren. He believes family is the first and most sacred ministry and carries that same love and devotion into every aspect of his Kingdom assignment. In his personal time, he is an entrepreneur, enjoys studying the Word of God, building relationships, and drawing inspiration from his favorite scripture: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33)
Pastor Jackson’s life mission remains clear: to glorify God through faithful service and to see His will accomplished on earth as it is in heaven.
