I would decree that all leaders are required to spend a day in the life of someone who serves them. I think it would change perspectives and allow leaders to be more compassionate. Experience is often our greatest teacher.

Don’t get mad at constructive criticism, when it comes from someone you know loves you, cares about you, or truly has your best interest at heart.
If you could be Queen for a day, what would you change in the world?
There are so many things I would want to change, but I would start with our healthcare system…making sure everyone has access to REAL affordable Healthcare to truly take care of physical and mental health. Along with being able to receive necessary resources for free.
